Invoice Them

Privacy Policy

Effective September 25, 2026

This policy explains what the Invoice Them app for iPhone (“the app”), made by NewMux (“we”), stores about you, why, and how you can delete it.

What the App Stores

The email address and password you sign up with, the business info you enter in Business Profile, the clients and items you add, the invoices and estimates you create, and any signatures, photos, or payment records you attach to them.

Where It’s Stored

Your data is stored in a secure cloud database and file storage provided by Supabase, tied to your account. This lets you sign in and access your invoices and clients from more than one device, and means your data survives a lost or reset phone.

Your business’s records are kept private and isolated from every other business using the app. This is enforced at the database level, not just hidden in the app’s interface. Files such as logos, receipts and signatures are kept in private storage and are only readable through short-lived links issued to your own account.

What the App Does and Doesn’t Do

The app connects to the internet to save and sync your data. It doesn’t run ads or sell your data, it shares nothing beyond what’s described under Subscriptions below, and it doesn’t use analytics or tracking beyond what’s needed to keep the app itself working correctly.

Sharing a PDF or emailing an invoice is something you choose to do, using your own device’s share sheet or mail app. Overdue reminders are notifications scheduled on your device.

Subscriptions

Invoice Them Pro is billed by Apple through your Apple ID; the app never sees your payment details. Subscription status is handled by RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous account identifier and your App Store purchase records so your subscription works on every device you sign in on. It receives none of your clients, invoices, or business data.

Deleting Your Data

Settings → Delete All Data permanently erases every client, document, item, tax rate, signature, and payment record, and resets your business profile, while keeping your account and login.

Settings → Delete Account goes further: it deletes all of that, every stored file, and your account itself, signing you out for good.

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID’s Subscriptions settings.

Children

The app is a business tool and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information.
